Afeera Ahmed
Practicing at the Pakistan Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), Rawalpindi — I help children and individuals overcome developmental, behavioral, communication, sensory, and learning challenges through individualized, evidence-based interventions.

Understanding minds, one story at a time
A little about my path, my values, and what drives my clinical work.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Behavioral & Occupational Therapist practicing at the Pakistan Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), Rawalpindi, while pursuing an MS in Clinical Psychology at Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad, having completed my BS in Clinical Psychology at Foundation University.
My academic background and hands-on clinical experience — across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and research institutes — have equipped me with practical knowledge in psychological assessment, behavioral interventions, occupational therapy support, counseling, and mental health care.
I am passionate about helping children and individuals overcome developmental, behavioral, and psychological challenges through evidence-based, individualized approaches, while continuously expanding my expertise through clinical practice, research, and professional development.
